Marylee R. Evangelista – Joining firm founder Warren L. Frazer in 1994, Marylee Evangelista earned designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst, NACVA. She headed the firm of Frazer, Evangelista & Company when Warren retired in 2002.

Ralph Evangelista – Currently an adjunct professor of forensic accounting at Monmouth University, Ralph Evangelista has also served on the board of directors for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and headed the firm of Evangelista & Associates, PC until merging with Frazer, Evangelista & Company in 2009.
