Ralph J. Evangelista

Marylee R. Evangelista

CPA, CVA

Warren L. Frazer, CPA established a Certified Public Accounting firm in 1972 after working first in corporate accounting and then in public accounting for Ernst & Ernst. Warren received his Masters in Business Administration from New York University. In 1994, Warren formed a partnership with Marylee R. Evangelista, CPA and Frazer, Evangelista & Company was born in 1999. Warren retired from the firm in 2002, but the firm continues to prosper under the direction of Marylee. Evangelista & Associates, PC was founded by New Jersey entrepreneur, Ralph J. Evangelista, CPA in 1991. Ralph received his Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University in 1998.

In January of 2009, the two firms merged together under the name of Frazer, Evangelista & Company, LLC. The firm has retained both of its former locations in East Brunswick and New Brunswick to best serve its diverse clientele.
